Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
These services include everything — inside cabinets, ovens, refrigerators, and other areas that aren’t accessible during regular occupancy. Because the scope is clearly defined, these jobs are billed at a fixed price
All Other Cleaning Services
ed For standard or deep cleanings, pricing is hourly-based . We’ll provide an estimate of how
long we expect your cleaning to take, based on your space and service type. You can choose
to:
● Schedule the full estimated time to complete the entire checklist, or
● Focus on specific areas you’d like us to prioritize.
We’re flexible and happy to adjust based on your needs and budget.
A Quick Note:
If you’d rate your home’s current condition at about an 8 out of 10 or higher on the “dirtiness scale” (no judgment, life happens!), the cleaning may take longer than average. We just like to set clear expectations upfront — so you always know what to expect.
What’s Not Included:
● Moving or lifting large or fragile furniture and decor
● Cleaning window blinds or shutters (delicate materials can be damaged)
● Laundry, dishes, or other ongoing “maid-style” tasks
● Major home organizing, decluttering, or rearranging items
Our priority is ensuring your home stays spotless and safe from accidental damage. While
we’ve never had an incident, we prefer to prevent one — and we’ll always communicate clearly
before taking on any special requests.

If the situation warrants, specific add-ons may be required in some cases, such as in the case of pets or heavy build up, for homes not cleaned in a while.

Booking recurring services with Pier One Cleaning Solutions will receive a discount depending on the chosen frequency. This discount will be applied to every service after your first.

Once we Arrive
- Here's what to expect when our team arrives:
- Walkthrough – Quick review of your space and service plan.
- Scope Check – Extra tasks (like organizing) billed hourly.
- Access Ready – Clutter or obstacles may affect timing or cost.
- Condition Review – Heavy buildup adds the "Heavy Duty" extra.
- Safety Check – We keep a safe workspace for all.
- Cleaning Begins – Then we get right to work!
Before we arrive
If you are aware that your home is cluttered, please ensure that the home is picked up before our arrival. If the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, please add the flat-rate “Heavy Duty” extra to your booking.
Once we Arrive
Once we arrive: Any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service. This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from starting the cleaning process at arrival.
Furthermore, if we arrive and it is apparent that the home has not been cleaned within the last 30 days or has excessive buildup, we will add the “Heavy Duty” extra to the booking.



There aren’t many things we Can’t Clean but here’s a list:
- Cleaning of Chandeliers
- Wet Wiping of Light Bulbs
- Cleaning of Bio-hazards (Mold, etc.)
- Hauling Trash Away from Home
- Packing Dishes Away
- Animal Waste/Litter/Insects
- Height to Reach Areas (More than a 2 step ladder)
- Washing of Exterior Windows
- Hoarding Clean Up
Cancellation Policy
- Please review our simple cancellation guidelines
- 48-Hour Notice – Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Access Issues – If we can't enter the property, a fee may apply.
- Service Conditions – Fees may also apply for failed payment, no running water, no power, or no working A/C.
- Thank You – We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We do ask for at least a 48 hours notice if there’s a need to cancel.
In cases where we don’t get at least a 48-hour notice, we reserve the right charge a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees may be charged for reasons outside of regular routine service. These include not being able to gain entry, payment failing, no running water, no electricity, or no working A/C (summer months). Thanks for understanding
